I´m moving to Berlin next month. I found a nice and cozy apartment in Weissensee. Here´s a map-excerpt. Quite excited, and I have to yet pick the furniture that I´ll take along with me. I´ll have to purchase a Washing Machine, too. The kitchen is already complete. Pure comfort.
